CURATOR'S TOUR: CHANGE OVER TIME IN CLASSICAL SCULPTURE

The Museum of Classical Archaeology's atmospheric Cast Gallery brings together classical statues from collections across the world, challenging visitors to see for themselves the ways in which sculptures look different over 1000 years of art history. Curator Dr Susanne Turner offers a guided tour exploring how the sculpted bodies change from the Archaic through to the Roman period.

Access information: the Museum is located on the first floor inside the Classics Faculty. Inside, the space is well-lit and the floor is level. Chairs are available for sitting. Step-free access is available via a lift which is a short walk away through a separate entrance; please ask at the Enquiries Desk as you enter the building.
