Suite Habana (Fernando Pérez, 2003) is one of the most significant films in the post special era in Cuba. Between documentary and fiction, through the everyday life of fourteen characters, the film portrays a city (and a country) between hope and despair, still fighting for its dreams. An inspiring audio-visual piece to reflect on Cuba past, present and future in the light of the 60th Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. Film screening is followed by a Q&A with Sandra de Valle.
